upstart - event.d : init replacement

Upstart is an event-based replacement for the /sbin/init daemon which

handles starting of tasks and services during boot, stopping them

during shutdown and supervising them while the system is running.

telinit 3
shutdown -r now 

하면 RUN LEVEL 이 3으로 변경된다.
